A Leather Coincidence

In all the excitement over our anniversary, I completely forgot to go to the chiropractor yesterday.
Whoops.

The traditional gift for the 3rd anniversary is leather.
Jerry got me a beautiful wallet.

And had flowers sent to my office.

I got Jerry a new watch, with a leather band.
But to be totally honest, I had no idea leather was a traditional 3rd anniversary gift, and it was just a coincidence  :)

I am rushing out to the chiropractor this morning, but I realized there hasn't been food on the blog in a while!

So here are some epic tacos we had earlier this week.

A whole wheat shell with seasoned ground beef, pepperjack cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, scallions, sour cream, and hot sauce.
I had to force myself to eat the whole thing, but it was totally worth it!
And it made a killer taco salad for lunch leftovers this week.
